The ballroom and meeting facilities are elegant in design and equipped with the latest technologies including broadband and WIFI access. The Ballroom, located at the lobby level, has a capacity of up to 450 persons for a cocktail reception. The 252 guest rooms including 21 suites were designed to feel like a Vietnamese residence. 9 Park Deluxe Rooms and a Park Suite have direct pool access and private terrace. All guestrooms feature louvered windows, ceiling fans and soundproofed windows for privacy.
The poster beds have white duvets in fleur de lys print, comfortable pillows, and throw cushions. Framed black and white “past era” photographs complement the colonial designed rooms. All rooms are equipped with flat screen televisions, dual line telephones, high-speed broadband Internet access, in-room safe and individually wrapped amenities arranged in a beautifully crafted bamboo box.
The work space in all guestrooms include functional work stations with high back chairs, conveniently located power sockets and data ports, broadband internet connections, digital communications facilities with three telephones with voicemail feature and 25-inch flat screen satellite television.

This colonial style 34-sq.-metre room features wood floors, separate work area, high-speed Internet access, white marble bath with walk-in rain shower and one king bed or two twin beds with plush feather pillows and duvets. Square One
Vietnamese Seafood and Western Steak Restaurant. Square One is a large, atmospheric restaurant featuring simple and authentic Vietnamese and Western cuisine offered from one menu while seated anywhere in the restaurant.
Wide selection of imported meats prepared Western style whilst the finest local and imported seafood will be prepared in Vietnamese style. Featuring five show kitchens including a juice bar complemented by an outdoor terrace, wine bar and four private dining rooms. A large glass wine display featuring a wide selection of wine from Australia , California France, Italy and other parts of the world.
Opera
Italian All Day Dining Restaurant A contemporary, casual trattoria style restaurant specializing in authentic pizza, pasta and home-made dishes. Serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks until late with alfresco dining overlooking Lam Son Square . The restaurant features a large show kitchen with a wood-burning pizza oven and a glass wine case with a boutique wine selection from Toscana , Veneto , Sicilia and Umbria . The wall finishings are composed of decorative earth-tone bricks and an impressive wooden carved panel at the restaurant entrance. The colourful chairs in various parts of the restaurant add to the vibrant décor.
Park Lounge
The perfect venue for social and business gatherings in downtown Saigon open from early morning until late, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows with dramatic wooden shutters. An elegant Lounge and wine destination with sophisticated entertainment in the evening hours.

The Ballroom can accommodate up to 320 persons for a sit-down dinner and 450 for a cocktail reception. Divisible into 3 sections, the Ballroom is fitted with soundproofed partitions and a pre-function area ideal for coffee breaks, exhibitions and pre-dinner cocktails.
My wife and I have traveled extensively around the world and can say this is one of the best experiences we encountered. Opened for business approximately six months ago, the hotel is located in downtown HCMC (Saigon), walking distance to all the malls, tourist and business area. My wife standard's of cleaniness is high and the Park Hyatt exceeded our expectation.
Compared to what we paid for in other parts of the world, this is, without a doubt, worth the buck. The service you get here surpasses a lot of the hotels you see in the United States.
